National PTA Ambassador and international, multi-platinum recording artist CeCe Peniston promotes the release of the PTA theme song, Above Horizons at O.A. Thorp Scholastic Academy.

CeCe lead an arts encounter project with students, then gave a live performance of Above Horizons.
